Report Detail: |
Whilst playing with the filter position on bandwidth controls to remove a strong on frequency carrier. It struck me that it would be possible to define the notch(es) position(s) within the IF passband graphically.
By grabbing and moving the edges of the notch within the passband with the cursor you would then be able to spilt receiver IF band into several separate sub bands as required.
It would be much easier and intuitive to be able to set the notch frequencies in this way, when you can actually see the offending carriers, rather than adjusting separate notch frequency and width controls by sweeping the notch through the wanted part of the signal. |
